Have you tested it yourself? Have you called it from different phones, i.e., mobile phones from different carriers (e.g., AT&T), a wireless phone, etc.? If not, do so. Figure out if some networks work and others don’t. Calls that don’t work will get an announcement, e.g., “the number you called is not in service” or a busy signal.
